What file do I get after buying?

A .rfa file for families, .pat for hatch patterns, or .rte for templates — sometimes zipped if there are extra assets.

Are these families parametric?

No — they're static, well-modeled blocks with editable materials. See the Limitations guide for details.

How many times can I download my purchase?

Your download link works for a limited number of downloads and a limited time window, but you can always request a fresh link from My Orders.

Can I use a family in multiple projects?

Yes, per our License — you just can't resell or redistribute the source file itself.

Do bundles update when new families are added?

Category bundles do — buy once, keep getting the newer families in that category at no extra cost.
