Refund Policy

Because our products are downloadable digital files, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded — with the exceptions below.

We'll issue a refund if:the file is corrupted or won't open in the Revit version listed on the product page, the delivered file doesn't match the product description, or you were charged twice for the same order.

We won't issue a refund for: expecting parametric behavior from a static family — this is documented on every product page and in the Limitations guide before you buy — or simply changing your mind after download.

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number from My Orders.
