Installing a family in your project

Load a downloaded .rfa file into any Revit project in under a minute.

1. 1Unzip the download if it came as a .zip file.
2. 2In Revit, go to Insert → Load Family.
3. 3Browse to the .rfa file and select it.
4. 4Drag the family from the Project Browser into your view to place it.
5. 5Use the Properties panel to switch between any included type variations.
