What these families are (and aren't)

Every family in this store is a static, well-modeled block — not a parametric family. Knowing the difference up front avoids surprises.

1. 1The geometry (shape, size, proportions) is fixed and cannot be resized by dragging or type parameters.
2. 2Materials are editable — see the Changing Materials guide.
3. 3The family behaves like a normal Revit component: it schedules, sections and renders correctly.
4. 4If you need a different size, look for a matching variant in the same category, or contact us for a custom request.

This page exists so refunds stay rare: if you need true parametric resizing, these families are not the right fit.
